What is Counselling?
- Counselling is talking therapy. The Counsellor creates a safe space for you to feel comfortable to share.
- Sessions help you understand and manage issues and provide you with useful tools to use in your daily life.
- Counselling helps you understand yourself, others and the world around you.
- Counselling is Confidential.

What is the process?
- I offer an initial session where we will get to know each other a little bit, this will involve some questions and information sharing in order ascertain what you would like to get out of our counselling sessions.
- We then contract and agree to work towards outcomes. This is usually in weekly sessions on the same agreed day and time.
- We review how sessions are going for you throughout the process.
- When we are nearing ending our sessions, this is discussed and our work acknowledged.
- Feedback is welcomed.

How long is Counselling?
- Lovelocks Counselling offers 50-minute sessions (online).
- I suggest having a minimum of 10 sessions but we can work together for as long as is beneficial to you.

How much is Counselling?
- Lovelocks Counselling offers online counselling for £60 a session.
- If you are paying in advance, you can commit to booking 10 x sessions at a rate of £55 a session.
- Limited concessions will be considered.
